  • GREAT SONG!! reNeger! Classic! I'm so sick and tired of this MUSLIM pResident not taking any action and ruining our reputation by cowtowing to these TERRORISTS in PAKISTAN. I just wish they would IMPEACH him over not taking care of this oil spill because he is in bed with BP. Maybe if we talk to our congressmen they will find a way to show his real BIRTH CERTIFICATE from indonesia. We need to have this tea party movement grow so that we can go back to the principles of our founding fathers. Allow slavery and segregation in certain states so that we can keep the minorities in line so they don't cause too much trouble because it worked in the past. TEA PARTY '12!

  • Frankly, I believe the people who think the word "reneger" is racist are ignorant. Not stupid, just have no idea what the word is or means. It is a very clever use of a word that is not used much anymore. And the pronunciation in the song was very clear, unlike how some people say it who don't know any better ... usually people say "I renigged" on something. They have no idea that they aren't even pronouncing the word properly. Or course, in today's "tolerant" world, anytime you say something against any person of color, you are labeled a racist. It's a very tired argument.

  • Great song with true meaning. If you cannot call a spade a spade what can you call it. Next you can not say vinegar any more, because SOMEONE will object. I had a big laugh when I read your post. I have thought about a few things that will soon be Politically Incorrect. They will have to change the name of the cleaning agent Spic and Span, Burger King will have to rename the Whopper,the pot will no longer be able to call the kettle black, and on and on it goes. God Help us!

    Are we sheep or cattle to just walk into the slaughter?

    Or are we people who understand and will do battle

    As the voting places soon will show how we feel and they will know

    Frustration in our congress that does just what? Who knows?

    They vote themselves pay raises and benefits that show

    They care not for the voter or seniors that I know

    Curtail their voting power and kick them out into the snow

    Maybe then they’ll feel just like we do and I know that they do owe

    So go and vote to get rid of the incumbents they’ve had their little show

  • I can appreciate your message but I don't think you should make the racial overtones because it really diminishes any credibility that you might have. If you look at any politician in this country the same could be said about them all so why bring race into the picture.COMMENT FROM MIKE: Sorry that you think there is anything racial in the song. "Renege" is a perfectly good English word. There isn't really another word that describes someone who goes back on his word. We did do a version of the song called "The Great Deceiver" for those who wanted it. You might try that one. I am not really interested in being PC. My mother used the word on me when I failed to keep a promise and I'm using it on the greatest reneger of our time.

  • I think the word RE NEGER which is sounds like in the song can be misconstrued as being racist. Maybe if you chose a different word people would take you more seriously. I know what it means to renege on something, but I think you knew after you wrote it or atleast after hearing your song that it could have a different interpetation to some people. I understand your meaning I just wish it could have come out a little different if your wording. Maybe (He's just a big liar).COMMENT FROM MIKE I have been round a round about this, did another version for those wanted it called "The Great Deceiver" and now I have done enough. Obama is a reneger. He is the Great Reneger, the Greatest Reneger President we have ever had. I am not backing down. Sorry if you feel otherwise. The song now has nearly 4 million views. I never anticipated anything like that. I now believe that by 2012, when we kick The Great Reneger out, that it will be huge and folks will think differently about it. It's not about race. It's about going back on your word.

  • A friend sent me a link to Great Reneger but it claimed Hank Jr was the singer. Obviously it is Mike Fischer. Love the song, it's right on. The race of the current President is not the issue here. This person does not represent my beliefs, the beliefs of the founders of America or (hopefully) the beliefs of the majority of Americans. It's time to look beyond the flashy smile and empty promises, look through the smoke and try to find the real man. You won't like what you see. Get back to God, back to basic beliefs.   • How scary to see your following are Aryan Nation and wavers of the Confederate Flag (EDITOR'S NOTE: Thank you for pointing that out. We have gone into our Youtube account and have removed all subscriptions from our account. When we first started our Youtube account we were "returning the favor" and subscribing to people who subscribed to us but soon after realized that that wasn't necessary and as you pointed out, you can end up subscribing to a person's youtube account that doesn't exactly align with what you stand for. So we have removed all of the subscriptions that we subscribed to as we don't have time to sort through the good and the bad. Hopefully that will resolve that issue. Thanks again!)
