God is eternal and does not live in time as we do. God is the "Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End." That concept is pretty difficult for most of us to grasp as we are dwellers in the realm of time. So if God is omni potent, omni present and time for Him is always "now" then what God said 5,000 years ago is not ancient to Him. It is to Him as though He just said it this very instant because He did! Can you get your head around that? That is some deep truth! God does not evolve as society does. He does not go along with nor is he moved or impressed by “the next big thing” or whatever it is that we think is so cool or important at the moment. He is ever constant. He does not change. He is Perfect! Perrrrrrrrfect! He does not change His mind! When God says something it is absolutely perfect, does not need changing or revision, never ever will, and it will be just as true in a trillion years. Perfect is just that! It is and was and evermore shall be. Thus are the words of God. Love 'm or leave'm you will be judged by them so it's kind of a good thing to become familiar with them.
So when it says in the Bible in Leviticus 20:13 “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them” or in plain modern day English, “if a man has sex with another man it is an abomination to God.” When God said that through Moses, He meant just that! Again, it is as if He said it right now this very instant! He is not going to go back on what He said and make accommodation for those who have swallowed the Devil’s line of reasoning. So it really comes down to whether you believe in the Bible or not. If you don’t believe it then you must make up your own rules for what is right and wrong and that is exactly where society is at today. Society doesn’t really agree on much of anything as everyone is now their own god and they make up their own beliefs and rules or lack of them. But if in the end the Bible is the Truth and the very Word of God then those who rejected it and went with a lifestyle contrary to it will be judged by it.
God Does Not Hate Gays!
God does not hate gay people as some would have you believe. With God it is always, “love the sinner, hate the sin!” God gave His son Jesus to die for the sins of the world, every man and every woman. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) It doesn’t make any difference what line of sin you’re in and hey, we are all sinners and we all need forgiveness! God help us not to be self righteous and condemning of one sin when we are just as guilty in another.
God’s very first commandment-Have Children!
The very first commandment that God gave Adam and Eve was right here in Genesis 1:28 “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply…” Of course He was telling them to have children, many children. There is no way that two men can have children! Two women cannot “be fruitful” either. In this modern day some have borrowed the sperm from a donor or a sperm bank but it is not the fruit of their love, the combining of their two bodies, their own DNA. Gay people cannot fulfill the very first commandment of God. They are barred by the natural laws that God has put in place. Gay people cannot be “fruitful” or bear fruit together.
God created the woman for man and the man for the woman. You’ve got to have both. It was his love to the man and his love to the woman. It was perfect and it still is. They were made for each other. Nature itself will show you that. Just take a look at their anatomy. It all fits together so perfectly and when it does they bear fruit. I believe that God sees homosexuality as a slap in his face to take his crowning creation, the woman, the very thing God created for man, and instead desire a man. It is as unnatural as can be and it is obviously offensive to God. I once heard a man of God say, "It is the height of ingratitude toward God, our Creator, for a man to turn from the natural use of a woman which would bring forth life and instead spread his life giving seed or sperm into the excrement of another man." I am Sorry for the crudity but sometimes that's what it takes to get the point across. According to God's Word this is an absolute "abomination."
Man with Man is against nature-They do not fit!
God did not create men to have sex with men. They do not fit! They were not meant to fit together. It is unnatural and even harmful and when they force the issue it is something that God absolutely hates. When people reject what God said, they are in rebellion and that really is what homosexuality is about. Whether it be women with women or men with men, it is not God’s plan, it is not the way God made us and it is in direct disobedience and defiance of God.
The very sad thing about all this is that because gay people are in rebellion against the laws and natural ways of God they have to choose to fight against those laws, against God, and against nature itself. So in their rebellion against God they try to recruit or bring as many others along with as they can. There is that sense of validation if others will join with them. Everyone has heard the old saying, “misery loves company.” This is the very same thing that Satan did. In his pride he rebelled against God and instead of repenting and asking for forgiveness he gathered together all the angels who would join with him and it looks like he did a pretty good job of proselytizing because he managed to get 1/3 of the angels to follow him as is evidenced in Revelation 12:4 “…his tail (the Dragon or Devil) drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth.”
Gays are Evangelizing!
Gays are out to evangelize or make as many converts as they can to their rebellion. They know in the depths of their souls that what they are doing is not right so they go about to drag as many with them as they can. They are right now making inroads into the government, Hollywood movies, TV programs, literature etc. Fifty years ago we never had Gay people in the movies. Now it seems that every movie has to have a token Gay person and from what I understand there are actually gay groups who police Hollywood to make sure they have a presence in films. Gays are teaching in our schools, using films, books, theater and whatever resources they can muster to educate young children in schools that the gay lifestyle is normal and natural. They put books out where the main characters have “two mommies” or “two daddies” and they are trying to indoctrinate our children into thinking that indeed it’s perfectly normal and natural to be “gay”. Gays, though a very small percentage of the total population, are very vocal and have accomplished much in putting forth their platform. But no matter how long or hard they push they cannot be natural because what they do is against nature.
The Gay Lifestyle is anything but “Normal and Natural”
The Bible says in Romans chapter 1:
20. “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (Look at the creation, look at the way things are made, look a the way our bodies are made, it’s very clear if you are truly looking)
21. Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (When you reject God and His ways you become vain and your heart becomes dark or unable to understand.)
22. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23. And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:
25. Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature
27. And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. (God is angry that what He created was rejected and rebelled against. It disgusts Him and He sees it as vile and filthy.)
28. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; (a reprobate is defined as a depraved, unprincipled, or wicked person)
29. Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30. Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31.Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32. Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
Love the Sinner--Hate the Sin!
In conclusion it’s obvious from the scriptures and from nature itself that the Gay lifestyle is not natural. It is wrong! It is contrary to God and against Nature itself! It is not God’s plan and those who practice and push this sin are in rebellion against God. It is a very difficult thing to overcome and it requires the very power of God in a yielded and repentant heart. “With God, nothing shall be impossible!”
For those who do come out of it, they will have a tough fight on their hands for the rest of their lives as the Devil hates their testimony and will stop at nothing to get them back. The last thing these folks need is to be looked at self righteously. They need the true love and understanding of Godly men and women who can, in love, share with them the Word of God and help them to understand that He will forgive them, and through the power of prayer deliverance can be gotten. God loves the sinner and his arm is always outstretched to them if they will but take it. Jesus said, “Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart and you will find rest unto your souls.”
“Ye That Love the Lord Hate Evil”
Though we are not to hate Gays, we hate what they do and what they are pushing on society because it is evil! The Bible says in Psalm 97:10 “Ye that love the Lord, hate evil..!” We are not to hate Gay people but the sin that they embrace. We are to hate what they are doing in trying to spread that sin and the seeds of their rebellion wherever they can. We are not to tolerate the propagating of their rebellion and their indoctrination of our children. It’s pretty hard to stop what is being taught today in public schools because so many, in this great country of America, have forsaken God. So many have turned their backs on Him and in so doing we have allowed all manner of evil to come in. We all know it but what do we do about it?
If you want to shield your children against the evils of society today you pretty much have to pull your kids out of school and teach them at home as millions have already done and with tremendous results. Home schooled children are the best, just Google “Results of Home Schooling” and read for yourself the articles of many touting the great results. There are many Christian home school programs that are available. We home school our kids. It allows us the opportunity to give them a Godly education. We may not be perfect and we make our share of mistakes but we know that our boys are clean. We monitor what they see, hear and read. There are those who argue that home schooling shelters children from the world and what is happening in today’s society. All I can say to that is, “Yeah! Right! Thank God!” I think it’s more important to teach children the truth of the Word of God and then they’ll be able to deal with any of the lies the enemy can throw at them.
